Collar - Setting an Owner

The wearer of the collar would issue the command [prefix]owner, where [prefix] is their initials by default.
(For Example if the wearer’s name is Cindy Grove, the prefix would be cg)
A menu will drop down allowing them to choose the name of the person they want to add as owner.
