Collar - Changing the Text on the Front Label

The wearer of the collar would issue the command [prefix]labeltext [text], where [prefix] is their initials by default. (For Example if the wearer’s name is Cindy Grove, the prefix would be cg) and where [text] is the new name/message to be written across the front of the collar (12 characters maximum).
